Location: Nottingham
Salary: GBP30000 – GBP35000 per annum
Benefits: 31 days leave (incl. bank hols), after 1st year 33 days leave (incl. bank hols)
Hours: Monday to Friday 08:30-17:00
Our client consultancy services to businesses and are looking for an experienced office manager to join their new office in Nottingham within a vibrant and friendly team.
The office manager role will be to oversee the Administration department and also work closely with other Departmental Heads and the Directors.
Key Responsibilities of the Office Manager:
- Oversee a team of administrators while also providing administration support to the business, such as liaising with clients and formatting documentation
- Manage and train, where necessary, the administration team and recruit new administrators
- Review and revise current operating procedures
- Manage the purchase order process and the company’s CRM and IT systems with the support of the IT department
- Manage the office building and office expenditure
- Work with directors and departmental heads
Required Skills of Office Manager:
- Working knowledge of Microsoft packages, such as word, excel & teams
- Previous knowledge working with CRM systems and managing a CRM system would be beneficial
- Must have experience in managing a team of at least 4 people
- Must have experience in working with senior managers and directors
- Must have had experience of HR duties
Apart from these required skills, it is also expected that the successful candidate will possess excellent organisational and time management skills, attention to detail and be self-motivated and pro-active.
