Position: Office Manager

Salary: 25-28K per annum

Location: Glasgow City Centre

To help us become more successful, you will be able to take control of the tasks below and, with support from your manager and colleagues, just sort it with a calm, professional attitude and using really great skills in communicating with building relationships with others at all levels.

What will your day look like at HRC Recruitment?

  • Front of House cover (mail, reception, and telephone)
  • Facilities management (managing office environment and liaising with subcontractors)
  • IT Coordination (managing outsource IT support supplier and supporting with equipment locally)
  • Admin and project support to Directors
  • Organising events throughout the year for our clients and for HRC Recruitment’s team building away days
  • Supporting HR with onboarding of new hires
  • Assist with any training being rolled out company wide
  • Work closely with the wider recruitment team to ensure a highly valued experience for candidates and clients when working with HRC Recruitment

What does the ideal candidate look like for this role?

  • You will have several years’ experience supporting senior staff within professional services
  • You will be able to work in a fast paced and confidential environment
  • First class communication skills, to operate and work with all levels of the business
  • You will take ownership of your workload

You will report into the Executive Business Partner, who will help you with final decision making after listening to your input and suggestions where required. For the most part though, you’ll be capable of getting on with the job running the office, looking after the place with pride, making sure our I.T. is doing what it should (including working with HR to make sure new starts have everything they need) by liaising with and managing our outsource support partner, and by being available to help the Directors when their own I.T. talent runs out.

The purpose of the role is to play a key part in delivering a first-rate support service to colleagues, customers and candidates. Making their job easier while maintaining a high standard of performance and quality is the mission.
