To provide an efficient administrative support within the National Business Support team

Office contact for local office

Dealing with all office based tasks

Undertaking a range of basic administrative support functions, ensuring they are completed in a timely manner

A look into the role

As an Office Assistant within our team, you will:
Provide efficient and reliable administration support

Be responsible for filing and archiving arrangements for London office in accordance with the Firm’s procedures, including requesting back/returning and regularly moving multiple archived boxes amongst our working floors

Inputting onto database relevant information on items sent to archive

Updating spreadsheets and checking lists

Be a key point of contact for the firm’s desk booking system, providing support and dealing with related queries

Ordering, monitoring and replenishing stocks of stationery and kitchen supplies etc for all working floors

Actioning Facilities related service desk calls

Assisting with distributing post electronically and liaising with Mailroom regarding couriers/queries etc

Maintaining lockers and mail pigeon holes for all leavers and joiners

Demonstrates a working knowledge of Word and Excel

Assists with office tour for all new joiners

Shows awareness and understanding of service lines within the firm, maintaining strong working relationships with internal stakeholders

Adheres to Firm’s risk management policies and maintains the strictest adherence to client and employee confidentiality

Acts with integrity and in line with our organisational values

Knowing you’re right for us

Joining us as an Office Assistant the minimum criteria you’ll need is IT Literacy, particularly a good working knowledge of Outlook, Excel and Word. It would be great if you had some of the following skills, but don’t worry if you don’t tick every box, we’ll help you develop along the way.
