SO2: Starting salary £34,689 pa rising in annual increments to £35,949 pa incl LW. This post will be pro rata for 14 hours a week

Job share, 14 hours a week (Monday and Tuesdays)

We have an exciting opportunity for you to join our great Neighbourhood Housing Team as a Neighbourhood Housing Officer.

Your role simply put is to work with our customers, being people focused and building relationships with our residents. We are supportive of our team as well as our customers and have your Housing managers Joyce and Dan are happy to help and will welcome you to the team! You will work closely with your job share partner to ensure you provide a seamless service to our customers.

We are looking for somebody ambitious, who is results focused and has the ability to quickly become an ambassador for Lambeth Council. You will be a team player and understand the importance of working together with a range of colleagues, stakeholders and residents to achieve positive outcomes and be proficient at building effective relationships with a diverse range of people. This is essential for the role!

You will be responsible for carrying out generic Housing Management activities including, estate management, processing customer service requests, and tenancy management. Experience would be good but is not essential as the most important thing is that we are looking for people who want to make a difference! It is your ‘can do’ attitude and enthusiasm that is essential for the role!
