Liberty has an exciting opportunity for a Multi Skilled Joiner Damp & Mould to join our team, based in the North West region Salford.
You will be working on a fulltime, permanent basis, working 40 hours per week and in return, you will receive a competitive salary of £30,500 per annum Plus Company Van Plus Benefits.

As our Multi Skilled Joiner, you will carry out maintenance work to domestic andcommercial properties.
Responsibilities of the Multi Skilled Joiner will include
Repair /renew/ fit roofing trusses for traditional, hips and valleys and repair/ renew/fit soffit fascia and barge boardsRepair/ renew ceiling and floor joists, stairs, studding, partition walls, T and Gor sheet flooringRepair/ renew doors and door casing, skirting, handrails, balustrades, pipe boardsand ducting panellingRepair/ renew kitchen units, work tops and decorative finishesRepair/ replace/ fit ironmongery to doors and windowsRepair/ renew timber and UPVC window framesReglaze timber fencing and gatesMulti trade skilled operative and capable of complete works in other construction trades including patching, plastering, wall and floor tiling and minor plumbingactivitiesWhat we are looking for in our ideal Multi Skilled Joiner
Experience of working as a Multi Skilled Joiner/ Plumber, damp & Mould.
Competent in all aspects of the Joiner and/or Plumbing trade discipline.
Plastering trade discipline desirable.
Ability to carry out multi skill trades, and core joinery or plumbing and experience working within a social housing environment desirable.
A current driving licence is essential.
Skilled workers will hold a CSCS card, have asbestos awareness and their own tools.
