Overview

Benefits: OTE £35K.  Basic, Overtime, Annual Profit Related Bonus, Annual Shareholder bonus, Life Assurance 9 x basic salary plus an excellent pension scheme.

Hours: Rotating 12-hour days and nights Monday to Friday.

Role Overview:

We put our people’s health and safety first and we are proud of our record that demonstrates that. Working in a fast paced and busy environment, the role holder must be safety conscious, always considering not only their own safety but the safety of colleagues as well.

You will be part of a team responsible for the accurate mixing of the key chemistries required to make our paper and film coatings.

You will be detail driven, meticulous in understanding and following production recipe tickets so that bulk blends are available to production when they need them. 

Reliable, resourceful, and flexible with the ability to tackle and resolve issues as they arise.

You will also be expected to contribute via audits and activities to continuous improvement, with an attention to workplace organisation that underpins our 5S standards.

Experience working in a mix room environment or chemical process is preferred but certainly not essential, as full training will be given.
