To assist in the preparation of project briefs, procurement, project implementation, contract administration, technical and operational commissioning Provide regular management reports on progress, cost, project issues, risk management, mitigation measures and resolutionAdminister construction and other contracts, procure and manage external consultants and contractors assisting in the delivery of projects Manage all contract documentation, project finances, expenditure and change control monitoring To ensure compliance with all relevant Health & Safety Legislation and audit projects regularlyWhat you will need
Higher national qualification in a Mechanical building services or related discipline as a minimumDemonstrate experience of managing the mechanical building services discipline on construction projects Experience managing mechanical elements of projects up to £5milionWorked within the healthcare sector preferable but not essentialAn indepth technical knowledge and understanding of building constructionWorked in a live estates environment/setting would be advantageous but not essentialMust reside in the north east of EnglandWhat is in it for you
