Salary: £22-26k based off experience

Job Description:

This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced multi-channel Marketing Executive to join a fast-growing technology company within the recruitment sector. You will be part of a small, yet dynamic marketing team based in the centre of the Jewellery Quarter, Birmingham.

Reporting to the Marketing Manager, you will develop and deliver multi-channel marketing campaigns for both clients and candidates, supporting on social media, PR, events and reporting on campaign performance.

Responsibilities include:
– Support marketing team with day-to-day marketing activities (social media, PR, events, internal and external comms) to drive lead generation and brand awareness.
– Working with creative and PR agencies to deliver content on-time, to a high quality.
– Working with suppliers including print, advertising and partners, gaining good stakeholder relationships.
– Regular reporting across all marketing channels, reviewing engagement levels, identifying areas for optimisation and sharing insights with marketing team.

Desirables:
– Marketing degree or relevant qualification
– Experienced within a similar marketing role
– A driven individual with enthusiasm
– Great communication skills and attention to detail
– Experience using reporting tools such as Google Analytics
– Experience using creative software such as Photoshop
