At Lidl, we’re Big on creative, Big on making stuff that puts smiles on faces and products in trolleys and we’re looking for an enthusiastic, proactive Campaign Manager to join a busy and ambitious team that develops and delivers brand, seasonal and trade campaigns.
This key role, in a busy marketing team, would suit someone who has worked with/in a 3rd party agency and has a good understanding of campaign management.
The right candidate will drive the development and execution of customer centric campaigns in the most costeffective way, working with Lidl distinctive voice and personality guidelines, whilst managing a team of two.

What you’ll do Manage the end to end delivery of brand, seasonal and trade campaigns, ensuring they run accurately and within timeframes from ideation to evaluationCreate excellent working relationships with 3rd party agencies and internal channel leads, ensuring campaigns are delivered ‘through the line’ accurately and efficientlySupport campaign strategic alignment
checking and adapting concepts to ensure campaigns are on brand, and set to deliver market and business requirementsRecognise and solve certain roadblocks which could affect the campaign efficiencies and liaise and negotiate with the relevant parties to ensure a resolution is found to keep the campaign on trackBe proactive, innovating and looking at ways to improve efficiency, balancing cost, quality and time, to protect Lidl’s competitive advantage
ensuring we remain proactive and reactive as an agile businessLead and communicate with all areas of the business to ensure sign offs are achieved and all areas of the business are informed of campaigns prior to launchLead, develop and encourage your team, establishing 1
1’s, PDP and setting smart objectives together for the year What you’ll need Experience managing large, through the line productionsSolid agency management experience, confident in giving briefings and maintaining healthy relationships with external stakeholdersStrong Project Management skillsSelfmotivated and able to work independently to lead a teamExperience in the retail industry is highly desirableKnowledge of project management tools, like ASANA, is desirableStrong working knowledge of Microsoft Office, including Excel and PowerPointExcellent attention to details and ability to prioritiseDriving licence is desirableGerman language skills are desirable, but not essential What you’ll receive This isn’t getting by.

We’re proud to offer a competitive salary starting from £44,000 with the potential to earn up to £55,000 depending on experience with an additional noncontractual 10% London weighting and a generous holiday allowance.
