Subject: M&A Executive – International M&A Firm
Location: Manchester
Salary: £42,000 – £45,000 + Bonus + Extensive Benefits
SJC Partners is currently recruiting a Corporate Finance Executive position on behalf of an international M&A firm who have recently launched a Manchester office as part of their strategic growth plans. They have won a number of impressive deal mandates (both nationally and internationally) and have an excellent pipeline they are confident of converting. Consequently, they seek a Deal Executive to take a key role in the business across multiple transactions during the course of 2022 and beyond.
The role would provide exposure to all stages of the deals process from researching potential buyers/sellers through to preparing transactional documentation (Teaser documents and Information Memorandum) through to supporting in the negotiation process and then final execution. Typically you would work on deals in the enterprise value range of £5m – £25m furthermore there would be scope to work on international deals given the international presence of the firm.
Applicants could well be currently in audit looking to move into the deals space (you could be at the latter stages of a professional qualification or fully qualified). More importantly you will possess the traits of a corporate financier namely sales flair, strong negotiation skills and an understanding of the ‘art of the deal’. This represents a unique and highly desirable role offering the chance early on to be involved in all stages of the deal cycle from conception through to execution.
