Propel are currently working with an exciting SaaS business, who are in the process of scaling their Quality Engineering function and are looking for experienced Lead SDET’s.
As a Lead you will be responsible for managing a team of SDETs, where you will take ownership for your teams development roadmap and work with key business stakeholders to build bestinclass testing strategies!Key Experience
Strong experience within a Test Driven Development environment TDD.
Experience of leading a team of Testers / SDET’s.
Experience in defining and implementing Test strategies.
Knowledge of OOP ideally with Java.
Knowledge of Test best practices and processes.
Nice to have
