The UK is home to 21 stores across the country which pride themselves on delivering excellence in everything they do. Behind the scenes there are three Ralph Lauren head office locations in the UK, housing various organizations.
Within these organizations are a variety of opportunities to join the brand and immerse yourself into the world of Ralph Lauren.
Finance, Planning and Analysis (FP&A): Supporting the business in new growth development and existing network expansion. Ensuring accuracy in financial forecasting and budgeting.
IT – ‘Leading with digital’ we are constantly driving IT within in the brand. IT is a team who is constantly providing new & innovative solutions and supporting the existing technology solutions.
Retail operations – Support with driving sales and generating sustainable profit through brand elevation, cultivating a fantastic retail experience.
Ecomm –The E-commerce team transforms the way Ralph Lauren engages, digitally connecting customers across EMEA, helping to drive sales.
Merchandising and Planning: The merchandising and buying team plan and allocate stock to the stores whilst consistently representing the Ralph Lauren lifestyle across the globe.
People and Development: Not just a HR function, this team creates a winning culture. Supporting all employees throughout their life cycle, whilst driving new initiatives to create a diverse and inclusive business.
Creative: The Creative team work to elevate the brand through visual communications to convey the true integrity of our brand. Maximising profit by attracting customers through creative environment and experiences.
Marketing: A fast moving team constantly elevating the status of Ralph Lauren as a Luxury brand. Continuously keeping the brand in consumer and editors minds.
Planning: The planning team support the Business Strategy & Inventory Management across EMEA.
Wholesale: Using multiple channels, the wholesale team sell the product in bulk to various consumers
Payroll: A busy function supporting all employees with pay related queries, pensions and keeping company benefits competitive.
