TJ Hughes – Junior Ecommerce Administrator

Salary £18,000 per annum

Full Time Role 38.75 hours per week

TJ Hughes is currently recruiting for a Junior Ecommerce Administrator to join the Ecommerce Department based at our Head Office in Wavertree, Liverpool.

This is a full time salaried role working 38.75 hours per week Monday to Friday.

Your primary role will be to work under the direction of the Department Senior Manager to provide general administrative support within a fast-paced omni-channel retail office environment.

Responsibilities include;

  • To provide general admin support with emailing, telephone calls, data inputting, updating databases.
  • Responding to questions and requests for information
  • Updating stock information on both Website and Marketplaces
  • Assist on general product build
  • Daily website review and report
  • Assisting the Office Manager in general duties
  • Any other ad-hoc duties as required.

Skills Required

  • Confident with all Microsoft Office packages
  • Previous administrative experience
  • Polite telephone manner
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Experience of Ecommerce would be advantageous but not essential
