Overview

Salary 60,000 – 85,000 GBP per year

Requirements:

– Java 8-11 development web application development experience.
High volume, low latency web application development experience.
Unit testing experience (JUnit or Mockito).
Experience working with Relational databases, NoSQL & SQL.
Experience working with Agile, Lean and/or Continuous Delivery approaches and best practices, such as Continuous Integration, TDD, BDD, Infrastructure as Code etc.

Responsibilities:

– The successful Java Developers will be joining a tech team who are at the forefront of London & the UK’s technology scene.
In ordinary times, they host a number of tech meet-ups and seminars from their London office where high profile speakers and guests within the Java and Software Development world are often in attendance.
Working with a team like this offers the Java Developers who land the role the chance to learn from some of the industry’s great minds, as well as the opportunity to take advantage of the world-class training and education plan they offer all new recruits.

From a technical perspective, the successful Java Developers will have worked with Java 8-12, Microservices/REST architecture and Spring framework as well as having had exposure to modern DevOps & Container tools such as Docker and Kubernetes.
