IT Operations Analyst, the role on-site in the centre of Edinburgh, up to £29,000 pa

Harvey Nash are currently looking for a number of IT Operations Analyst to join our key client’s team who are responsible for managing all first-line service and support tasks for the customers across the globe and ensuring business-critical systems remain available at all times. You will monitor system performance responding to system-generated alerts, fixing and escalating where necessary.

With a focus on building knowledge and experience, and under the instruction of a mentor, some of your responsibilities will include:

  • Carry out routine system operations on critical core services, including monitoring batch processes and responding to alerts, escalating as necessary.
  • Respond to customer queries and requests via a number of methods including phone, email and support tickets.
  • Ensure that all procedures and documentation are kept current and that any amendments are communicated to the team.
