Our client are recruiting for an Internal Communications & Engagement Manager.
Some of the duties and responsibilites will include the below but not be limited to
Manage our public sector clients internal communications and staff engagement function, using a range of channels and tactics to effectively communicate the aims, objectives, achievements and challenges to its 5,000 employees.
To lead on the development and delivery and evaluation of the Staff Engagement Strategy, ensuring it is up to date and appropriate for our clients changing internal communications and engagement needs.
Understanding of the importance of internal communications and staff engagement and the role they play in a large and complicated organisations and experience of developing and implementing effective internal communications plans and strategies, campaigns and projects Significant experience and knowledge of the full range of internal communications techniques and channels, including new and emerging technology and platformsFor a full JD, please apply with your latest CV for immediate consideration
