Park Avenue are working on a new Interim Strategic Asset Manager position with a Local Authority in Manchester.

The Local Authority are looking for someone with a commercial property background to take on a couple of high-profile office buildings. You’d be managing letting and management agents to drive forward the occupation of the office buildings/space. The successful candidate may be asked to offer support on other strategic matters.

RATE: £400-450 per day Inside IR35

LOCATION: Manchester, Lancashire

CONTRACT: 3 month rolling contract initially

Requirements:

  • In council office once a fortnight (work from home remainder of time).
  • MRICS
  • Local Authority experience desirable.
  • Prior experience in Strategic Asset Management, Commercial Property and Contract Management is desirable.
