The roleBook deliveries, releases, manage haulage rate quotations and invoicing.
Resolving queries, ensuring process is adhered to a high standard and in a timely mannerDeliver excellent customer service.
Responsible for ensuring all customs clearance on export freight and shipping productDealing with all aspects of cargo and ensuring customers are advised in a timely manner of any delays of delivery’s /sea movement to ensure smooth movement of cargo.
Coordinate the import and export of products within the UK, Europe and InternationallyLiaising with shipping agents and freight forwarders ensuring Brexit customs are adhered toTrade compliance participate in the annual audit of customs brokersFile and maintain all the shipping documentation customs systems and customs documentation/declarationYou will haveExperience in an import / export roleExcellent attention to detailStrong customs experience import and exportBrexit experience and knowledge requiredExcellent communication skills and confidence to negotiate terms with freight companies.
