Our client, an established logistics provider is currently recruiting for an Import Admin Clerk to join their team based in Essex.
Main roles and duties of the Import Admin Clerk:
Supporting the customers business in all aspects of new and existing transactionsBooking shipments with carriers and integratorsRaising invoicesCustomer serviceArranging transport to customersProblem solving for customers
Key requirements of the Import Admin Clerk
Must have a reasonable understanding of the freight forwarding industryWorking knowledge of the NES customs systemUnderstanding of the customs tariffExcellent telephone mannerSuperb customer service skills
In return, the successful Import Admin Clerk will receive a salary in the region of £25k according to experience.
