Full time 40 hrs per week Monday to Friday – 9 am to 5.

You will be working as an integral part of the senior management team and will report directly to the CEO.
We are seeking a highly motivated and handson Human Resources Lead who is able to influence and enthuse people at all levels.
The ideal candidate will have a working knowledge of the healthcare sector as a preference but is not essential.
If you have demonstrable experience in managing a fastpaced HR department to support a multisite structure, that will do for us.
You will be a true driver of the strategic importance of a motivated and skilled workforce to sustain our already thriving business.
The main focus of the role is supporting the recruitment and retention of a great workforce while providing advice to various site managers on Employee Relations matters.
With around 400 people in the business ranging from permanent, to bank to support agencies you and your team will be busy yet working in a rewarding environment.

  Our services are delivered by a Hospital, Nursing & Residential Care Homes and Supported Living Services.
Key Responsibilities Manage the company’s inhouse agency to support the strategic goals of the business.
  Leading the endtoend recruitment process to all sites by ensuring we are attracting the right people.
We love out of the box ideas that attract the best staff.
Accountable for recruitment costs and monitoring ROI on various recruitment platforms.
Working with managers to drive staff retention initiatives.
Employee relation matters and supporting managers to resolve conflict, manage performance and develop talent at the local level.
Ensuring company policy and procedure around disciplinary and grievance are followed.
Overseeing all other policies affecting the business from the workforce’s point of view to ensure statutory compliance.
Devise and agree on workforce related key performance indicators KPIs and provide reports/analysis to the board of directors and site managers.
Gather business and competition insight within the healthcare sector in general.
What we are looking for
Experience of working in Health care will be advantageous.
Proven experience in managing a complex HR function.
Must have leadership skills.
Indepth knowledge of HR law and best practices.
Bachelor’s degree or CIPD Level 5+ or equivalent experience in related field Excellent people skills.
You have to be able to work under pressure.
Well organised.
Good literacy and numeracy skills.
Good IT skills.
This role will require the postholder to enter a registered care home.
It is, therefore, a legal requirement for the postholder to prove their COVID19 vaccination including booster status by providing their COVID PassWhat we have on offer you
