Main Responsibilities

You’ll support staff from across the BBC – including departments like TV, radio, online, corporate, sales and marketing, and technology – as well as external visitors and candidates. You’ll answer questions, solve problems and learn to follow all our administration processes.

You’ll hone your skills as an efficient communicator and problem solver, learning to take the initiative and be a role model for future employees.

And you’ll study for your HR Support L3 apprenticeship qualification from The Institute of Apprenticeships and Technical Education – led by our training partner, Arch Apprenticeships.

Are you the right candidate?

To be eligible for this apprenticeship, you must:
Be aged 18 or over when the course starts in September 2022

Have Maths and English GCSEs or Standard (Scotland) at 9-4 (A-C) or equivalent

Not already hold an L3 or higher qualification in HR & Resourcing

Be legally allowed to work in the UK

Have lived in the UK, Ireland or the European Economic Area (EEA), for at least three years before the start of the apprenticeship. Or have either pre-settled or settled status under the EU Settlement Scheme and lived in the UK, EEA or Gibraltar for at least three years.
