ABOUT THE JOB

  • Reporting to the Senior People Business Partner, devising and owning significant HR Projects ensuring key milestones are identified and communicated to key stakeholders in the Digital Product & Tech environment
  • Working with the Senior People Business Partners and project team to ensure the delivery of key milestones on time and within budget, resources and policies
  • Devises and manages a regular project reporting mechanism for the Senior HR Leadership team and relevant business leaders
  • Tracking and monitoring progress and escalating business risks where appropriate
  • Collaboratively working with other colleagues of TUI Musement providing new ideas and ways of working to deliver strategical projects in an effective manner

ABOUT YOU

  • You have extensive experience of data management and be adept at interpreting complex concept and presenting them back to key stakeholders
  • Solution-oriented approach
  • Demonstrable numeric skills and financial acumen
  • Adaptable and able to work in a multicultural team bringing positive mood
  • Flexible and able to cope with high levels of stress
  • Be fluent in English. Additional languages advantageous
