Elite Search Associates are delighted to be working on behalf of a well-established care service that provides domiciliary care and support to their clients, with a wide range of needs.
Overview
You will provide operational support across HR, recruitment, and training functions to ensure that all aspects of compliance are maintained, particularly safe recruitment. The primary focus of the role is to ensure that the three key areas of HR, recruitment and training are undertaken to a high standard.
Experience required for this post
- HR Managerial experience, with a strong background in recruitment and training
- Minimum of Level 5 or above in Human Resources or equivalent
- Experience of working as part of an effective, efficient team & managing a workload to meet agreed targets
- Experience of working within and/or with a social care training environment-desirable
- Car driver and must have access to own vehicle for work
Remuneration
- £30,000-£35,000 per annum (depending on your experience)
- Full time hours- 40 hours per week
- 28 days holidays per year
- This is a permanent position
- Office based role with the requirements of travelling
