Bell Cornwall Recruitment has been instructed to find an experienced HR Manager to lead and inspire the operational HR function of one of Birmingham’s most well-respected Law Firms.

You would be managing a productive and effective team of 5 staff – 2x HR Business Partner, 2x HR Advisor and 1x HR Administrator.

You will be responsible for driving HR best practice, inspiring the team to develop their HR careers, managing HR projects (Diversity and Inclusion, Health and Wellbeing, Reward and Benefit etc) as well as being the point for escalated and complex Employee Relations matters.

The ideal candidate will be CIPD Level 7 qualified and have extensive HR experience from a legal or professional services environment. You will have experience of leading and motivating operational HR Teams and you will be keen to drive innovation in HR practice.
