A flagship UK brand that recently launched a successful start-up are looking for a HR Manager to help head up the Human Resources function of the companies small, growing team.
The company specialise in providing high quality water systems for the office and home environment. Their mission is to help people live healthier and happier lives by drinking more water without single use plastic bottles.
Duties
The HR Manager will be responsible for the companies People & Culture to covers tasks such as;
- Onboarding new employees
- Assisting existing employees, training and development needs
- Internal events and meeting planning
- HR administration
- Recruitment
Desirable Experience
Ideally you will be an experienced HR professional, HR Manager, HR Executive or HR Administrator with experience of;
- Onboarding New Employees
- HRIS Systems (HR Systems)
- Events Management (small internal events and meetings)
- Excellent organisational skills
- First class written and verbal communication skills
- Positive, friendly and team oriented attitude
