Our client based in South Oxfordshire is looking for an experienced HR professional to support their ever growing portfolio of clients and customers. You will be joining a friendly, collaborative and ever growing team. Your new role
As HR Consultant you will be responsible for your own portfolio of clients, supporting them with a wide range of projects. You will be providing key advice and guidance as well as deigning policies, procedures and development programmes. You will work collaboratively with your colleagues to ensure your clients receive the best possible service.
You will have a string generalist background in HR with excellent knowledge of employment law. You will ideally hold a CIPD qualification and will have excellent stakeholder management skills.
