based at one of their local sites, you will be leading an HR strategy and People offering for this fast paced manufacturing site.

Support change management process and ensuring a generalist HR support function is provided Key responsibilitiesDuties
developing HR processes, develop and support manufacturing function by providing a first class HR service, Problem resolution of complex ER cases, recruitment on senior roles, liaise with all levels of stakeholders, supporting various projects, people engagement, liaising with unions, coach and develop leadership teams, create talent mapping and development solutions, act as mentor to various staff membersExperiences
blue collar sector experience, union liaison experienceSkills & qualificationsExperience in an HR environment and preferably working towards CIPDExperience of providing HR advice and supportExperience of working in a unionised environment desirableAbility to work in a fast faced environment Strong attention to detail with a supportive and positive outlookThis is a very progressive ‘hands on role’ with a good benefits package.
