A private healthcare company based in the West End are looking for a bright, switched-on and personable individual to provide temporary administrative support in their recruitment team. 

You will assist the team with weekly “New Starter” days ensuring that the process runs smoothly and all new employees are aware of what they need/where they need to be. A lot of this support will be phone work, so liaising with new starters over the phone managing their induction days, as well as associated administration. Therefore it is important that you have an excellent telephone manner, an engaging and professional personality, as well as the confidence to execute this role.

Your administrative duties will include reviewing and cross checking documents, booking meetings, writing emails, data entry and ad hoc admin tasks.

Even though this is temporary, this position will be an integral part of the team and requires someone who is committed to the entire length of the assignment.

This role would suit a credible, well presented and bright Administrator.

This booking could last approximately 6 weeks.

Skills/Experience Desired;

– Confident with administration and customer service 

– Confident liaising with business professionals

– Ability to work on your own initiative and multitask within an ever-changing environment.

– Attention to detail

– Excellent telephone manner

– MS Office experience (Word and Outlook)
