HGV Technician / HGV Mechanic
Location: Heathrow
£40,000 – £50,000 Per Annum
£41,600 Basic + Overtime
Overtime: Paid At An Increased Rate
Rota: Monday – Friday DAYS SHIFT
My client, a large commercial vehicle company, is looking for a qualified and experienced HGV technician / HGV Mechanic / HGV Fitter to join their workshop fitter team. The HGV technician / HGV Mechanic /HGV Fitter will be based out of the depot in the Heathrow area.
The HGV Technician / HGV Mechanic / HGV Fitter will be working on a range of Heavy Vehicles, Plant, Groundcare Machinery and Light Vehicles.
The main responsibilities of the HGV Technician / HGV Mechanic / HGV Fitter will include;
Routine maintenance, servicing and repair of HGV’s, Plant, Ground Care Equipment and Commercial vehicles.
Repairs as necessary to ensure hire equipment is fit for purpose
The client is prepared to offer the HGV Technician / HGV Mechanic / HGV Fitter;

The successful HGV Technician / HGV Mechanic / HGV Fitter will have;
A professionally recognised qualification in Heavy Vehicle / Plant Maintenance and repair (NVQ Level 2 or 3 or equivalent)
Experience with Plant / Commercail vehicles within the last 2 years
A full UK Driving licence
