This is an exciting time to join the V&A Technology Department. Technology is integral to the operation of the V&A and plays a fundamental role in enabling the Museum to achieve its strategic objectives. We are embarking on a 5 year Technology Transformation Programme to underpin these ambitions and this role is key to the successful delivery of this cloud-first initiative
As the Head of Service Delivery & Operations you will be responsible for the day to day, business as usual running of Technology services to the Museum. You will oversee all elements of Infrastructure support, Technical Operations, Change Management, and Visitor Technology. You will be experienced in delivering continued support during a Technology Transformation and be able to lead from the front in the upskilling and development of core capabilities to successfully take on ongoing support of new technologies, whilst ensuring the continued effectiveness of existing systems.
