Description

As our Head of Product Design, you’ll help define the product experience across all our surfaces, partnering with our diverse and engaged workforce including product management, research, sales, marketing and engineering to make sure we continue to lead and innovate by solving tomorrow’s problems today.

You’ll be the champion for user-centred design, who can engage and collaborate with others to bring the strategy and design vision to life.

What you’ll be doing

  • Collaborate with key stakeholders from across the business to drive the design vision and customer advocacy.
  • Develop and maintain the UX roadmap to guide designers, product management and technology teams in planning for an implementing the user experience vision.
  • Collaborate with user researchers to define and conduct user research to truly understand our customers and users’ goals and needs
  • Lead, mentor and coach a team of Product Designers, ensuring the quality of their work and support their professional development.

Profile

You’ll have

  • Extensive design experience in User Experience or Interaction design with heavy emphasis on solid human-centered design methods
  • Previous experience of strategic product thinking and having significant input in the roadmap of delivery.
  • Solid understanding of a wide range of technologies, tools and methodologies (e.g. Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD)
  • A collaborative and enthusiastic approach, with a real passion for delivery an excellent user experience.
  • A high creative mind who can inspire others to engage with user experience.
