Starting in 2015, the business has gone on to disrupt more established players within its market and now boasts teams across London, Asia, and US. With significant private equity funding behind them, the business is now poised for its next stage of international growth. They are therefore seeking a Head of Business Development to define and grow its existing team of business developers to meet its anticipated high-growth within enterprise sales.

Role Responsibilities

  • Develop strategies and pipelines of potential enterprise clients
  • Managing global sales target across an international team
  • Developing target client list and acquisition prospects
  • Managing prospect and customer data
  • Managing an international team of business developers
  • Recruit, mentor and develop a ever-increasing team of business developers

Profile

  • Strong track record in CRM sales (CRM ideal)
  • Proven team management experience
  • Strong entrepreneurial experience
