WHAT YOU’LL DOYou will be part of BCG’s IT Digital Enablement Tribe working on how our digital tools can be used individually and as an ecosystem to enable teams in different hybrid working models.
You will work with Product Owners, experts and change leaders across the organization to develop, deliver and manage the learning strategy for this effort.
YOU’RE GOOD ATLearning designDeveloping learning strategies from the scoping/creation to implementationPartnering with stakeholders to assess training needs and selecting the most appropriate process, structure, technology, and delivery formats depending on learning goalsDefining, prioritizing, and planning the resources and technical requirements needed to deliver the enablement effortDesigning and curating learning including but not limited to coaching, live, virtual live, ondemand, interactive multimedia, videos, and inapp digital adoption solutions, etc.
Developing and training coach/facilitator pools to deliver engaging training to multidisciplinary teamsEnsuring high quality, consistent and innovative approaches for delivering programs in a rapidly growing and changing organizationCoordinating with global, regional learning initiatives to integrate digital tools content into system wide cohort training programsStakeholder managementBuilding strong working relationships across key stakeholder groupsConvincing and driving alignment between stakeholders, including senior stakeholders, with your confident and competent demeanourWorking successfully within a complex matrix structured organization is essential
experience doing so virtually is strongly preferredExplaining L&D best practices and rational to stakeholdersProject managementWorking with stakeholders to create the scope of work and designing and developing effective training solutions and programs according to BCG’s goalsManaging timelines and deliverables, experience using agile SCRUM would be preferredEngaging and partnering with vendorsYOU BRING EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONSBachelor’s or master’s degree, ideally in education or digital technologyMinimum 7 years’ experience in instructional design, learning technology and user experienceExperience in live and live virtual classroom design, leveraging technology to enhance the experienceExperience in designing blended learning solutions including curating contentExperience building asynchronous learning and inapp digital adoption solutions ie Whatfix, WalkMeExperience with at least one leading Learning Experience Platform LXPKnowledge of Agile and user centric design principlesStrong project management skills and knowledge of Slack, MS Teams, Trello, Jira, would be a plusExperience working with remote international teamsExcellent English language oral and written communication skills requiredYOU’LL WORK WITHBCG’s HR team works to attract, develop, excite, deploy, and retain the best people in the market.
