Overview

Our client provide a bespoke facilities service to corporate clients on a UK basis.They require an experienced Administrator who can work in a busy client focused environment.Specific tasks include:

Client liaison – acting as a first point of contact in relation to project updates

Management of client database system

Liaison with field based staff and operational management – (scheduling work)

Support of operations team with ad hock tasks

Your skills package will include:

Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills

Solid IT skills – intermediate level on Excel

Experience of ACT database desirable

Ability to multitask/manage different projects at the same time

The ideal candidate will have a background in the Construction,Facilities,Engineering or Industrial sectors.
