EXTERNAL CLEANING OPERATIVE
Emerson Management Services Limited, the property management division of the highly successful Emerson Group require an External Cleaning Operative to work in the Wilmslow and Handforth areas.
The successful applicant will be supported by our in-house maintenance team helping to look after the buildings that fall within The Emerson Group Portfolio.
Experience is not necessary, as we will train the right person. Duties will include general cleaning daily litter picking & sweeping around our car parks, footpaths and landscaped areas, some gardening and generally keeping our properties in first class condition. Liaising with building managers and reporting to them or helpdesk any issues.
Hours of work are 42.5 per week with optional overtime. Full uniform and PPE is provided.
