Previous events management experience in a relevant industry Previous experience delivering public facing events Previous customer service or retail experience Logistics, reporting, and site management experience Selfmotivated and proactive Able to work well under pressure in a fastpaced environment A positive cando attitudeWhat does a typical day in this role look like? Provide a bestinclass brand experience, making our brand and our products unforgettable Manage promotional stand operations for duration of campaign as per client request Manage team of up to 15 people throughout the campaign Working with Blue Square Talent and HR teams for staff rota to arrange breaks and staff wellbeing Team performance management and leasing with HR/TA to report issues with staff & resolve quickly Liaising with local venue / shopping centre to sign in staff etc Encouraging shoppers passing by to visit the stand and participate in the experiential zones
