Overview
Responsibilities:
- Answer phone calls received and direct them appropriately
- Record notes and messages during online meetings
- Schedule and arrange meetings and conferences
- Manage travel arrangements and itineraries on behalf of the CEO
- Perform as a liaison between the CEO and household staff as required
- Act as the first point of contact for the CEO as necessary
- Manage the CEO’s calendar and appointment scheduling
- Read and write correspondence in mail or email for CEO
- Liaising with staff, suppliers and clients
- Collating and filing expenses.
- Conducting research on behalf of the manager.
- Organising the CEO’s personal commitments including travel or childcare
