Overview

Responsibilities:

  • Answer phone calls received and direct them appropriately
  • Record notes and messages during online meetings
  • Schedule and arrange meetings and conferences
  • Manage travel arrangements and itineraries on behalf of the CEO
  • Perform as a liaison between the CEO and household staff as required
  • Act as the first point of contact for the CEO as necessary
  • Manage the CEO’s calendar and appointment scheduling
  • Read and write correspondence in mail or email for CEO
  • Liaising with staff, suppliers and clients
  • Collating and filing expenses.
  • Conducting research on behalf of the manager.
  • Organising the CEO’s personal commitments including travel or childcare
