We are keen to hear from candidates with international sales experience within digital retail / ecommerce.
European Sales Executive The role
Responsible for creating an individual European sales strategy to build long term relationships with existing client accounts and to open new sales channels across Europe primarily Western Europe – none UK.
50/50 split account management and new business.
Development of new prospective clients digital retailers / ecommerce to achieve sales targets as set by the business within the designated business area.
Develop strong relationships and grow sales with the existing client portfolio.
Exceed profit and revenue targets.
Drive growth within a new brand and fast paced environmentManage and monitor KPI’s to meet performance commitment for the region and predefined Key Accounts.
Work closely with the creative teams on product development and the marketing teams to support the sale of the product.
Contribute and provide market intelligence to the buying and design teams.
Present sales, revenue reports and realistic forecasts to the management team.
Candidate requirements
Previous International sales / key account management experience within a digital retail environment.
Previous experience of strategic planning and management of key accounts, including revenue, margin and service analysis reporting.
A proven ability to build relationships, develop and close new business deals and achieve targets with a consultative sales approach.
Bilingual – French / German / Spanish is desirable.
Be able to demonstrate an international mindset to communicate effectively both within the business and with international colleagues.
Good commercial understanding and judgement.
A keen eye for creativity and current digital trends.
Ability to understand customer behaviours within different digital channels and identify areas of opportunity.
Highly analytical, with the ability to draw conclusions from data and make recommendations on maximising activity.
Create analysis that supports datadriven decisions for planning, sales forecasts, and budgets.
