About the Role
The estimator will be responsible for pricing up mechanical building services packages up to £5 million within the commercial and light industrial sectorsAppraising tender documents, preparing subcontract and material enquiries Producing bills of quantities Risk and value management To help continue the company’s growth the estimator will work on a range of building services projects and contribute to their success The estimator will have a continuous workflow supported by the company’s diverse client base and healthy book order What you will need
Valuable experience working as a mechanical building services estimator for a national or regional builder on projects valued similar to the values mentioned above Must come from a construction background and have industry knowledgeSuccessful applicants will have an innovative approach to work and will be motivated to contribute to the growth of the company To be computer literate and high attention to detailMust reside in the North East of England What is in it for you
