I am delighted to be working exclusively with my client, a professional Employee Benefits Consultancy in their search for an Employee Benefit Administrator to join their close knit team in Edinburgh and play a key role in the daily administration and servicing of existing schemes ensuring procedures are met in order to mitigate risk across the employee benefits process.

The successful candidate shall be responsible for their own portfolio of clients providing support across a range of client schemes covering group life assurance, income protection, pension and critical illness & healthcare. You will be dealing with client enquires both in writing and over the telephone, reviewing policy documents and preparing business reports including renewal, new business & Leavers.

In additional you shall research suitable solutions in order to provide the best renewal options to existing clients, attend meetings with EB clients and manage the EB mailbox.

The ideal candidate should have excellent communications skills & attention to detail with an understanding of employee benefits e.g. group risk, private medical insurance or alternatively have experience dealing with corporate pension clients.
