Our client, a prestigious private equity firm, is looking for a proactive EA/Office Manager to facilitate the smooth running of the office and team.

What you’ll be doing day-to-day:

  • Managing the smooth operation and running of the office
  • Ensuring the office and supplies are maintained to the highest standard
  • Managing meetings, conference calls and events
  • Answering, screening and managing incoming calls
  • Taking responsibility for health and safety compliance onsite
  • Devising and maintaining administrative systems and records
  • Maintaining insurance policies and supplier contracts
  • Maintaining social media and website
  • HR responsibilities including onboarding, offboarding, record keeping and benefits sourcing
  • Managing budgets, invoices and expenses, liaising with administrator
  • Managing travel arrangements and calendars

The skills you need to bring:

  • Previous experience in a similar role, covering both office management and EA duties
  • Excellent IT skills (MS Office)
  • Ability to manage tasks with competing priorities and deadlines
  • Reliability, adaptability, problem solving, organised
  • Strong verbal and written communication, good interpersonal skills
