Our client, a prestigious private equity firm, is looking for a proactive EA/Office Manager to facilitate the smooth running of the office and team.
What you’ll be doing day-to-day:
- Managing the smooth operation and running of the office
- Ensuring the office and supplies are maintained to the highest standard
- Managing meetings, conference calls and events
- Answering, screening and managing incoming calls
- Taking responsibility for health and safety compliance onsite
- Devising and maintaining administrative systems and records
- Maintaining insurance policies and supplier contracts
- Maintaining social media and website
- HR responsibilities including onboarding, offboarding, record keeping and benefits sourcing
- Managing budgets, invoices and expenses, liaising with administrator
- Managing travel arrangements and calendars
The skills you need to bring:
- Previous experience in a similar role, covering both office management and EA duties
- Excellent IT skills (MS Office)
- Ability to manage tasks with competing priorities and deadlines
- Reliability, adaptability, problem solving, organised
- Strong verbal and written communication, good interpersonal skills
