• Basic Salary of £23,000 – £30,000 – No thresholds on Commission
Interaction Recruitment is looking for the ultimate Driving Recruitment Consultant to join our established office in Coventry. The successful Driving Recruitment Consultant for this role will already have a proven track record in standards driven recruitment, and have the drive and ambition to grow business
About You
• You’ll already have exposure to recruitment – whether this is in a transport setting or you’re are a seasoned recruiter
• Empathy is important to good Driving Recruitment, and you will care about your clients and candidates with equal measure
• You must be an effective communicator, and be able to converse with a wide range of clients and candidates
• You will have a “Never give up” attitude, and have thicker skin than a Rhino!
• We love a chat, and you will be a natural on the phone too!
