Falcon Green are searching for an Document Controller/ Office Manager to join a project in West London for a major residential contractor.The successful candidate will ideally have previous experience working on a major residential scheme.

Office Manager Responsibilities:

  • Reporting into a Project Manager
  • Front desk duties and based on front desk
  • Preparing reports and collating information from team members
  • Dealing with subcontractors and supply chain
  • Organising inbox and department leads diary
  • Undertaking general organisation and administrative tasks for the project
  • Liaising with multiple departments

Requirements:

  • Previous experience within an admin or site secretary role
  • Great organizational skills
  • Experience within the construction industry would be preferable
