Falcon Green are searching for an Document Controller/ Office Manager to join a project in West London for a major residential contractor.The successful candidate will ideally have previous experience working on a major residential scheme.
Office Manager Responsibilities:
- Reporting into a Project Manager
- Front desk duties and based on front desk
- Preparing reports and collating information from team members
- Dealing with subcontractors and supply chain
- Organising inbox and department leads diary
- Undertaking general organisation and administrative tasks for the project
- Liaising with multiple departments
Requirements:
- Previous experience within an admin or site secretary role
- Great organizational skills
- Experience within the construction industry would be preferable
