Background:

Working within the digital marketing team, you will continually develop, support, and fulfil the client’s digital marketing objectives in line with their digital action plan and best practice guidelines. Digital marketing delivery will include a broad spectrum of activity, you will provide support across all digital channels.

You will continuously develop your own digital marketing knowledge in order that Brookfield clients receive an up to date and high-quality service.

This role is primarily office-based, with a minimum of 2/3 days per week in the office, and 2/3 days working from home (if practical, post-induction). The office is located just 5 minutes from the M4 J23 with ample parking.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Report to digital marketing manager, working closely with the whole digital marketing and website development team
  • Responsible for the delivery of client’s digital action plans and subsequent reporting
  • Responsible for day-to-day contact with clients
  • Deliver the digital marketing service in line with best-practice standards and operating procedures
  • Manage client email campaigns – from design to implementation & reporting
  • Implement and maintain on-site SEO of client websites in line with digital strategy
  • Carry out basic keyword research and competitor analysis for existing and potential clients
  • Carry out regular checks to clients’ websites to review on-page work
  • Content creation such as; articles, blog posts and email / PPC campaign copy
  • Use of reporting & SEO tools including Google Analytics, Google Adwords, Google Search Console, SEM Rush
  • PPC Campaign setup in line with PPC Plans, and ongoing optimisation
  • Social media research & planning, implementation and optimisation
  • Working with the Development Team to ensure client websites are continuously updated and improved
  • Ensure that all activities and tasks are recorded on the task management system
  • Responsibility to keep up to date with the latest digital marketing trends and techniques

Person Specification:

  • Experience of working within an agency environment
  • Be organised with the ability to manage your own workload
  • Experience in Google Analytics, Google Adwords, Google Search Console, Google Tag Manager and SEO Tools
  • Experience in Content Management Systems
  • Able to communicate effectively via all media with a strong command of English
  • Focussed with a strong eye for detail
  • Good client relationship skills
  • Self-motivating, ability to work on own initiative and also be an active member of the team
  • Understanding of key SEO and web usability principles
  • Ambitious and keen to develop own expertise in SEO/digital marketing
  • Possess an element of creative flair
  • Proactive and positive (happy) attitude and the ability to remain calm under pressure
  • Strong MS skillset (excel/word etc.)
  • Flexible, ability to work to tight deadlines (go the extra mile)
