Role

  • Training and mentoring Marketing Analysts
  • Manage & monitor the Marketing Analysts’ work:
    • Ensuring all analytical work is on-time, accurate and subject to a vigorous QC process, automated (where possible), Interpreted for clients (strategic direction and guidance), following the most efficient processes etc.
  • Managing the Marketing Analysts – ensuring they are adhering to performance standards (quality/accuracy/speed)
  • Be responsible for weekly reporting of team KPI’s and utilisation levels
  • Work closely with the Development team and the relevant Account Manager to ensure clients’ needs are understood by all and that their requirements are met sufficiently

Role Requirements

Experience –

  • 4+ years’ experience in a Database Marketing or Analytics environment
  • Good data analysis and interpretation skills
  • Knowledge of database marketing principles such as Decision Tree’s, Basket Analysis, Regression Analysis and Clustering (preferred but not essential)

Technical –

  • Very strong MS Access OR SQL Management Studio experience, i.e.:
    • Relational database principles
    • General data manipulation
    • Automation
    • Excellent MS Excel knowledge
    • Modeller or SAS or SSAS or statistical modelling software (knowledge preferred but not essential)
