You will work with the sales team to ensure new clients have a smooth onboarding experience and build relationships with them to turn them into repeat customers.
You’ll analyse customer engagement and take strategic actions to maintain high resubscription rates turning oneoff clients into longterm customers.
You’ll report to the Customer Success Manager, ensuring them that you are the person to give teachers confidence in their data so they can make the decisions they need to make to improve their teaching strategies and unlock their students’ potential.
This is a Brightonbased role with excellent and rapid progression opportunities.
