Do you have experience in customer service?

A growing UK company specialising in customer service is looking for representatives who will be at the forefront dealing with customer queries for some of the largest UK utility companies.

Due to lockdown restrictions being lifted, many consumers are now back in the public eye making purchases and inquiries, our objectives are:

  • manage KPIs
  • be a successful contributor to the customer service team
  • deal with queries in a professional manner

We are looking for candidates with:

  • Good organisational skills
  • Interpersonal skills
  • Customer facing demeanour.
  • Being able to work in a collaborative team and a fast-paced environment is a must.

Applicants must be over 18, available for full-time work only (no part-time) and authorised to work in the UK.

Our starting salary is £24,000 with opportunities for bonuses on top.
