Overview
We are recruiting for an experienced Customer Service Advisor to join a growing company to start immediately, this is an on going temporary role.
This is a Telephone based role, so experience in a phone based role is essential.
The Role:
- To Handle incoming calls and be the first point of contact for customers
- To handle queries
- To deal with complaints in a professional manner
- Process orders and returns

• Experience – At least 6 months recent experience working in a customer focused role on the telephone.
• Excellent communication skills – you can talk to a variety of customers on the telephone and communicate clearly with them
• Flexibility – must be able to start immediately on a temporary basis
• To receive incoming and make outbound calls
• Updating system records accordingly ensuring data is accurate and factual.
