Overview

This successful and established Insurance Claims handler based in Tonbridge, Kent provide various insurance providers with an effective and cost-efficient service, handling Home and Motor Insurance Claims from start through to settlement and providing a high level of customer service to all policy holders. Due to ongoing expansion my client is currently seeking a Customer Service Advisor to support their claims teams with the following tasks:-

  • Answer inbound calls from policy holders
  • Take messages
  • Take initial details of the motor or home insurance claim
  • Validate the claim
  • Load new claims onto the system
  • Transfer calls
  • To provide excellent customer service at all times

You will also be IT literate and have fast and accurate keyboard skills. Hours are on a rota basis and are 37.5 hours per week, Monday – Friday between 8.00am and 8.00pm (shifts are 8.00am – 4.00pm, 9.00am – 5.00pm etc) and 2 Saturday mornings per month from 9.00am – 1.00pm.
