Your new company
Based in Glasgow city centre, your new company is located within 5 minutes of Glasgow Central. The shift patterns vary and there is occasion weekend working. Part time options are also available from the hours of 3:30 to 7:30.

Your new role

  • Majority of the work involves processing customer requests and updating customer records, therefore it is critical to have a high attention to detail.
  • You will be using internal systems to capture and record details of customers information and also taking complaints/feedback.
  • Attend training sessions to update knowledge as new products/systems are introduced



As a customer service adviser, your main priority is to ensure all customers needs are met.

What you’ll need to succeed
You will have a passion for providing excellent customer service, and have a great attitude towards working with people. Retail, hospitality and customer service backgrounds are desired but not essential.
